Zimam is an NGO that focuses on grassroots youth movement and conflict resolution in Palestine. To support Zimam’s mission, Tekstars developed a volunteer management platform that empowers young Palestinian leaders by providing them with access to opportunities and resources to build a more democratic and pluralistic society.

Our team at Tekstars built an intuitive and interactive web-based platform that enables volunteers to easily build their profiles and connect with the right opportunities based on their experience. The platform uses machine learning to match volunteers with relevant opportunities and is fully automated with social media and SMS integration for those without internet access.

One of the key features of the platform is its ability to collect data on volunteers, allowing Zimam to tailor programs to meet their needs and interests. The platform also offers role management capabilities that ensure data security and control user access.

With the volunteer management platform, Zimam can easily reach out to targeted groups of volunteers, facilitate program announcements, and analyze data to gain deeper insights into volunteer growth, interests, demographics, and program participation.
