Fanera is a fan engagement app that utilizes advanced technologies, including machine learning, to provide a unique experience to its users. Our platform is designed to be scalable and can handle up to 40 million users. To achieve this, we have integrated with AWS using an Auto-Scalable Platform that makes use of AWS services such as ELB and EC2 to ensure our platform scales in and out depending on the current traffic. We also use replicated datasets in AWS RDS, ElastiCache and DynamoDB to scale our databases.
We understand the importance of providing an uninterrupted service to our users, which is why we have implemented a highly available solution that ensures that our software is able to serve users in different regions and zones. Additionally, we prioritize system monitoring, and have implemented solutions such as AWS CloudWatch, Sentry.io, and ElasticSearch to achieve this. Disaster recovery measures are also in place to ensure that we are prepared for any potential issues that may arise.
Furthermore, our platform provides valuable data insights and analysis through our warehousing methodology. We have a Content Management System (CMS) that allows different user types including system admins, content managers, data analysts, and customers to access data reports and manage the system. Our customers mainly use it to gain insights about their teams and content engagement using different interfaces. Fanera is also proud to announce that it is piloted in partnership with the host of the World Cup 2022 in Qatar.
